  • Managed the facility use calendar and handled all requests and tech arrangements for facility rentals
  • Co-supervised the theaters and scene shop; trained students on tool use and scenery fabrication techniques
  • Designed lighting, scenery, stage machinery, rigging, or sound for departmental productions as needed
  • Developed request form, contract, and spec package (including 3D model) to improve rental process
  • Developed a new website for the department; managed the department website and Facebook page
  • Organized and hosted the USITT Upstate NY winter meeting and job fair three years in a row
  • Converted the Goodrich Theater into a PPE production facility during the COVID-19 pandemic
